Who we are

Originally founded in 2013 by husband and wife team Bernitta and Joseph Robinson, Osteopaths, who took on renovations to shop premises known to the village generations before. The practice has since found a solid reputation and flourished, having good relationships with the local residents and doctor’s surgeries. The Waterside Practice’s mission is to provide a service to those suffering which, helps them fully understand why and how to avoid future injury. We treat those just as we would treat ourselves, with compassion and knowledge.

OUR RECEPTION

We have heated anti-microbial wipe clean couches that after every visit, are cleaned with an anti-viral eco-friendly solution for the safety and comfort of all our patients attending appointments.

TREATMENT ROOMS

Hygiene Protocols

The Waterside Practice have maintained high standards for cleanliness since we opened our doors in 2013, since the COVID-19 breakout in 2020 we further increased our infection control protocols in line with Public Health England. As PPE and infection control requirements have reduced since 2020, practitioners now wear PPE as required by the clinic’s policy. We recommend masks if patient or practitioner has a minor ailment and still feel able to work; such as a mild cold to avoid spread of any unwanted germs.

SANITISER

Sanitiser is always available within our premises for both staff and patient use.
